Since your RVP AC is the parent company and owner of Coleman that means they'll have the same wiring so any AC that replaces a Coleman setup will be good.

Best option is to match the part number you found on your trailer. Realistically the 6k and 7k brake assemblies are mostly interchangeable as they both are 12 inch diameter by 2 inch width so either would technically fit, but going with the correct rating gives you a setup that's easiest to fine tune braking power.
